Jennifer Anderson - General Manager and Managing Partner

Jennifer launched her career with the Chapel Hill Restaurant Group in 1998 at Squid's, fresh out of UNC and ready to dive into the fast-paced world of hospitality. As her career evolved, she carved out a dynamic path through the CHRG family, most notably leading Spanky's in Chapel Hill as General Manager for a decade—where she blended sharp operations with a deep sense of community.

In 2012, she stepped into a new challenge and a bigger stage—joining Page Road Grill as Managing Partner and helping define its place at the heart of Research Triangle Park's culinary scene.

Known for her instinctive leadership and unshakable standards, Jennifer brings a fearless energy to everything she does. Her passion for food, people, and high-impact hospitality drives a culture that's as welcoming as it is uncompromising.

Joseph Guenette - Executive Chef

Joseph's culinary journey started in Florida but found its true rhythm in Chapel Hill. He moved to town as a teenager and quickly got to work in the kitchen at Squid's, sharpening his skills and developing the kind of kitchen grit that can't be taught. Ambitious and driven, he rose through the ranks, eventually heading to Raleigh to join the team at 518 West, where he earned his stripes as Executive Sous Chef.

Known for his calm intensity and deep respect for bold, balanced flavors, Joseph was instrumental in launching Mez Contemporary Mexican—bringing energy, precision, and soul to the concept from day one.

A longtime pillar of the Chapel Hill Restaurant Group, Joey is the kind of chef who leads by example and lets the food do the talking. Loyal, creative, and quietly relentless, he's the backbone of the kitchen—and a key force behind every unforgettable dish that hits the table.
